Shipping and Delivery Policy
Purchases are shipped from our Address by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order:-.
For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations that are in the interiors or in the difficult coverage areas, this may take between 10-12 working days.

For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 7-10 business days.
We offer free shipping for all international orders If the order value is more than 100 USD and above, For orders of less than 100 USD, There are flat shipping charges of 25 USD.
DELIVERY TIMINGS
Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
Note:- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.

Return Policy
1. In general, an item may be eligible for return if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:
(i) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
(ii) Has missing parts or accessories.
(iv) 3 Days; Replacement/Refund.

2. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
3. If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced; only a refund against the returned product will be issued.
4. If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days..
